- The tube filling, crimping and coding machine is sturdy compact in design and simple in operation
- It consists of an aluminum-rotating disc with interchangeable tube holding sockets for different tube sizes.
- The filling station is made of SS Block, fitted with mechanically controlled.
- No tube no fill process switches. (Electronic counter provided if required, not included in basic machine).

- Non-return value fitted below the SS main filling block, Volume tracks for fine adjustments and weight accuracy. (Jacketed hopper 1500W water Heater along with stirrer driven by 1/2 H.P. motor & suitable Reduction Gear Box provided optional.)
- Bearing fitted mechanism to avoid unnecessary friction , noise & give smooth running.
